Experience is also important in such fields as banking and education. Leadership in these industries requires having a very keen sense of observation. Most of the leaders that are remembered today for these industries are the leaders that tried something new. Leadership requires a certain willingness to take risks. There is a difference between a leader that takes a risk and a leader that is just being a responsible, however.
